ConductLaw has an opening for an experienced corporate clerk interested in leading our corporate law department. The successful candidate will be industrious, conscientious, organized, enthusiastic, with a great sense of humour befitting our young vibrant firm.
We are looking for someone who has an in depth knowledge of purchases and sales of a business, corporate refinancings and leases, and an ability to draft documents and prioritize an active workload.
Our desired candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Other duties will include reviewing/preparing general correspondence, creating and organizing corporations, drafting Wills and administering estates, drafting trust letters, reviewing /requesting/ordering due diligence searches and related documents.
