We are seeking to fill a number of positions in our vibrant upwardly mobile Ottawa based law firm.

We believe that the practice of law is evolving and we are seeking individuals who are like minded and interested in helping us provide our clients with the best possible advice and service.

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Law Clerk who will run the corporate group in our Barrhaven office. The role requires a trustworthy and reliable individual with a good sense of humour who can manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities, including our entrepreneurial client base. The successful candidate will be organized and particular with respect to carriage of our corporate client files.

Generally, the hours of work are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the role, overtime work may be required from time to time to meet client needs.   We are looking for someone with a minimum of 6 years’ law clerk experience for this position.

We are also seeking a Real Estate Clerk to fill a maternity position for our bustling real estate practice in Barrhaven.  This position may lead to a permanent contract depending on our future needs as our firm continues to grow.  Generally, the hours of work are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the role, overtime work may be required from time to time to meet client needs.   We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years’ law clerk experience for this position.
